Arrival & Parking
Although our site is busy, we have plenty of parking available for customers. Adjacent roads can become very congested with local school traffic, especially between 08:15 and 09:00.

Flexible booking arrangements, comfortable and well equipped waiting areas, an extensive range of replacement vehicles, and our popular collection and delivery facility allow you to continue your daily routine, whilst we take care of the service. |
Appointment Booking
With reduced maintenance times on modern vehicles, many services and repairs can be carried out on a while you wait basis. Always try to book as far in advance as possible; in busy periods we can be fully booked as much as three weeks ahead. We will send you reminder cards to jog your memory! (But do tell us if you'd prefer us not to).

Replacement Cars
Available for bigger jobs, and when it is impossible for the customer to wait whilst the work takes place. Hire of the vehicle is free of charge for those who purchased from us, but the driver is responsible for the provision of fuel used and insurance. We often require three weeks notice for this facility.

Rail Station Courtesy Runs
These are available each weekday morning to the local Horsley rail station (on the Guildford-Waterloo line, and about 45 minutes from central London). We can collect you up to 18:00 - just give us a call as you approach Horsley.

Labour Rates and Payment Facilities
Customers who purchase their new or used vehicle from us will automatically enjoy a 10% discount against our normal service labour rates. To further reward your loyalty to us, we introduce additional rate concessions as your car passes three, and then six, years old.
For those that do not have a pre-arranged credit facility with us, all invoices must be settled upon collection of the vehicle. We accept cash, cheques supported by guarantee card, and most major credit and debit cards. Again, to reduce your waiting time in Service Reception when collecting, we can also accept credit/debit card payments over the telephone. |
Out of Hours Drop-off and Collection
We have a secure 24 hour key drop-off box to the side of our Subaru/Lotus showroom. (You can also use this facility to leave keys during the day if you haven't the time to wait at Service Reception). If you need to collect after we close, we can leave your car parked under the watchful eye of our security cameras, for you to collect when it suits you, using your spare set of keys.

Vehicle Cleaning
We aim to wash and vacuum every serviced vehicle. Professional valeting, to suit your requirement, is available by arrangement in advance, at modest prices.

Vehicle Collection & Delivery
For major work, and with up to three weeks' notice required, this is available free of charge to customers within a reasonable distance of our premises. To enable the smooth running of this service for as many customers as possible, it is important that we can contact you easily on the day.
